What kind of properties do you offer for rent?

We currently offer rentals in multi-family dwellings such as apartment buildings, condos & townhomes. We do not rent houses, basement suites or vacation rentals.

Do you offer furnished rentals?

All of the properties are rented unfurnished.

Do you offer short-term rentals?

We generally require six-month to one-year leases.

How do I inquire about & apply for a rental?

Visit the Rental Listings page and contact the person listed in the ad. They manage applications and showings directly.

Do you accept pets?

Please see individual listings. Small pets may be considered subject to approval with payment of a pet deposit and pet agreement.

Can I download a tenancy application for one of your units?

Please contact the listing building caretaker directly. No online applications are available.

I live out of town. How do I rent a unit?

We do not rent units sight unseen; potential renters must view the unit in person.

Do you keep a waitlist?

No, we don’t keep a wait list. Please check our website often.

How do I give notice to end tenancy?

Notice to end tenancy must be given in writing to the building caretaker or our office directly not less than one full calendar month prior to the month you intend to vacate.
